We are a hobby breeder not a kennel!
We live in Southeast Georgia near Waycross, on 2 acres with our 6 Aussies.
Any owner knows you just can't have ONE!
All our Aussies are well taken care of, they are cherish members of our family. They go everywhere with us. Their favorite place is the river. Sometimes they ride in the back of the truck sometimes we walk.
With their back packs on as every Aussie needs a job and besides they know their water and treats are in there off we go. They do requies lots of exercise, but you don't need acres of land to enjoy these beautiful creatures. They do very well in residential home areas, but do not do well in Apartments.
We are not out to have the perfect coat pattern or eye color. We believe all Aussies are beautiful. Just take a look in those beautiful Aussie eyes, and you will see the Beauty, the Spirit,the Loyalty to their family, the intelligence, the versatility and hard working of these Magnificent creatures.
Our passion is to raise Healthy, Happy and well Tempered Aussies.
Their personalities and sweet temperaments ensure they will delight their owners for years to come.

Here's A Few Things About Australian Shepherds
They do shed!
Brush regularly and use the "right" brush.
They are very active & get bored, especially puppies.
So proper exercise is needed.
They must be Socialized!
Or they will become Shy & Fear Bitters
(as with any breed they all need to be socialized)

They get along with children if they are socialized with them. Children can be taught the proper way to greet a dog. They make great baby sitters, playmates, they get along well with other pets. If they are introduce to them right way. They are very smart. They are very sensitive and can pick up on your mood changes. They are very easy to train to do just about anything. A family member has a male that turns the lights off behind the children. They are always willing to learn and please their family.

Breeding: Only takes place when people start to ask about our puppies. Other then that we do not breed. We put the females in their pens and keep a close watch on the males.After breeding does take place the females get a bath and brushed. They are still active, but as the time gets closer they are in the house more where we can keep on eye on them.All puppies are born in the house.
Mother and puppies get 24/7 care. Mom gets a bath the day after the pups are born. Their bedding is changed daily. As the pups get older their bedding gets change several times a day. After a few weeks the pups get their fist bath and blow dried, they are also lightly brushed (with a baby brush) so they get use to the feel of a brush and dryer. They are always getting allot of love and attention daily. This is important to their growth and socialization.About 5 weeks on the start to learn how to potty in a box. After mom weans them they start to learn what a crate is, also a collar, leash, & toys. Toys are a must!

Puppies: Will have their appropriate shots and worming before they go to there new forever homes at 8 weeks. They will be weaned to Purina Puppy Chow. Each puppy will come with a Puppy Pack full of information, along with Pictures of your puppy, Pedigree and Registration papers. All puppies Registration papers will start with
McQuaids Southern.

Puppies will not be held without a deposit.
We prefer that you pick up your new puppy at our home, so you can meet their parents, and ask any question you may have. besides we love meeting new Aussie families.
Deposits: Puppies are held with a nonrefundable deposit of a $100.00.
Full payment is due at 6 weeks of age.
Prices below reflect "Pet Home's only" breeding rights will be additional $150.00.

We try to keep our prices as low as possible as to accomidate for all financial lifestyles. We do not breed our Aussie for profit. Most if not all our money goes toward the health and wellbeing of our adult furkids. It takes a lot of time, money, and care to properly raise a breeding dog. Our Aussies are our family not just animals in the back yard.
